This is going to be the first ever we launch small-batch cold brew. We were quite surprise by your enthusiasms for “The Dawn” (our previous cold brew) and for that we thank you guys so so much! It was all sold out only within 4 hours! You guys are amazing!

So many of you asked story behind our cold brew. Well, nothing personal about it but…we are just curious what it tastes like! Yes it started with our curiosity: how does it taste, what makes it different from our regular hot brewed coffee and how do we make it and so on and so forth. We basically want to extend our taste palate into something different. Then, we play around with a few of our favorite coffee origins and it was indeed a fun exercise to compare them all to see what we like best. The flavors? Fascinating! from tropical fruits tasting notes to dark chocolate and balance notes, less bitter, smoother and sweeter. It is no doubt that we started loving cold brew even more! It is smooth yet deceptively strong.

Is there going to be another cold brew after “The Dawn”? the asnwer is..of course! We just cannot wait to share it to you this month!
